BANNERS
Like our world class flags, FlagCraft banners are screen printed with brilliant, high wash and light fastness dispersed dyes, onto a special 100% polyester tuftex banner material, woven to our own exacting specifications. Alternatively we digitally print on coated textile or reinforced PVC, according to customer requirements.
Make up is with 5mm polyester rope sewn in the top and bottom with a metre of rope extending from each corner, or with eyelets for rope or cable tie attachment.
Washing instructions for our screen printed textile products are woven into the FlagCraft branding label, which is securely sewn onto all of our banners.
Full colour CMYK half-tone prints of the highest quality are available.
A FRAME BANNERS
Available to fit any size of banner as a customised order, or supplied ex stock in sizes 1 x 2m, 1 x 3m, 1 x 4m or 1 x 5m.

DECOR & PODIUM BANNERS
In addition to being made up in 100% Polyester Tuftex, our decor and podium banners are also available in polyester satin for specialist applications, or digitally printed on reinforced PVC or light weight, semi-diaphanous polyester textile.
Decor and Podium Banners are generally supplied with chrome or brass rods and finials top and bottom, with a white hanging cord at the top.
In situations where these items are to be used for mass promotional purposes, low price White PVC tubing top and bottom can be substituted to keep the cost down.

FLOATING BANNERS
A FlagCraft manufactured Telkom branded floating banner deployed at Kings Park, Durban, South Africa.
Water sport venues provide a magnificent opportunity for corporate or product promotion, on the visually uninterrupted background of the water surface.
Our floating banners are vinyl ink printed PVC mesh products, securely sewn to a low profile closed cell foam sheet mattress and are supplied complete with stability tie cords and a lightweight carry bag.
This exciting new product is increasingly being used at swimming galas, rowing regattas, power boat races and kayak marathons.
DIGITAL PRINTING, BUILDING WRAPS & FENCE WRAPS

Digital printing is the future of the flag and banner industry. Repetitive or unique images can be printed on a wide variety of substrates, according to customer requirement. Regrettably, technological development does not yet allow for the necessary through penetration print on suitable textiles for the manufacture of best quality flags. It is however expected, that within the next five years, these limitations will be overcome.
In the meantime, our digitally printed textile flags, banners, banner walls, retracta screens, bill boards, building wraps, fence wraps, fleet graphics, backlit signs and large format printed display items, are offered to the size specification of the customer, with no practical width or length restrictions.
Our largest print job to date, was the supply and installation on the Johannesburg Securities Exchange building, of a 20 x 30 m, 600 m² building wrap banner weighing 375kgs, and a smaller 10 x 15 m, 150m² banner, weighing 95kgs, promoting the public listing of telecommunications giant, Telkom Limited. At the time of manufacture this achievement represented one of the largest installations of its type on the African Continent.
Printing is achieved in high resolution, with exceptional colour brilliance levels, not previously available. Furthermore, on account of the greatly reduced set up time compared with silk screening, small quantity production runs of complex or unique images can now be cost effectively and timeously offered to our clientele.
To optimise your investment in our PVC or Vinyl products, they should be stored in cool conditions, loosely rolled or folded. If prolonged storage is contemplated, we recommend the addition of a light dusting of talcum powder, which can be wiped or washed off prior to re-use. Alternatively, an application of any neutral coloured silicon based floor polish, prior to storage, would be satisfactory.
Our turnaround time from order to delivery is dependant on the supply of a computer image formatted as specified. After that, just leave the job with confidence to our dedicated team of support staff. We work to your requirement.
BANNER WALLS
Standard size 2.25 x 3.0m fully collapsible lightweight aluminium banner walls, complete with banner faces, concertina to fit into a 70 x 25 x 55cm nylon carry bag of a combined mass of less than 9kg. Variant size banner walls are available as special orders on a lead time of two weeks or sooner by arrangement.
Fully deploys or demounts with either one or two banner faces attached, in less than one minute. Ideal as an instant backdrop.
